In case you are not 100% satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund of your last payment that you made to us.
The terms of our guarantee:
- You should write a reason of your unsatisfaction. The reason should be part of our service.
- Before you request a refund, you have to contact us within 60 days of making your last payment, and send all information we need to solve your problem.
- In case we cannot solve your problem within 5 business days, you can ask for a refund.
- If we got the required information stated in 1. and 2. point before you request a refund, we will not ask for any more explanation, just refund your money within 30 days.
